Beth Curl BSC, MCIPD, is the owner and director of Hyproformance. Building on her career as a metabolism chemist, her interest in people and organisations catalysed her move into learning and development. Beth works with businesses large and small, from global corporates to SMEs and with the public sector. Believing passionately that every individual has untapped potential, Beth creates a stimulating learning environment where people build from their existing strengths and develop their skills and confidence in new areas.
Beth is a regular conference speaker and co-author of the Writing Skills Pocketbook with Stella Collins. In addition to her consultancy business, Beth has a number of voluntary roles as a director of a Multi-Academy Trust and Cumbria Coaching Network
Stella has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Human Communication and a coaching diploma along with 15 years in the IT industry and 20 years in L&D. Stella has a passion for transforming tough, technical or dry topics and runs an active network for professionals with an interest in brain friendly learning. She actively demonstrates leading learning techniques to ensure that participants are engaged and responsible for their own learning and development. This guarantees effective knowledge transfer to the workplace, providing organisations with maximum return on investment and real results.
Stella speaks regularly at conferences, and is the author of Neuroscience for Learning and Development and two Management Pocketbooks.
Using a combination of professional coaching and training skills, business expertise, intuition and a wealth of life experience, Zoe works most effectively with clients who are facing challenges, experiencing change or want to find a new direction in their working life. She specialise in leadership and change coaching and offer 1-1, group and team coaching as well as Walk n Talk sessions.
Zoe has worked in the private and public sector, for large corporates such as HSBC, BT, KPMG and PWC, as well as SMEs and micro businesses, enabling individuals to develop a stronger leadership, managing others and themselves in congruent and strategically successful ways. She is a qualified coach with a diploma from Coaching Development and trained in NLP, Transactional Analysis and Coach Supervision.
